Obituary of Elbert Ratliff

Elbert C. "Buddy" Ratliff Jr. passed away at his home on January 3, 2010. He was born on April 18, 1934 in Birmingham, AL. Buddy and his wife Marylee (who preceded him in Feb. "09) moved to Jacksonville in 1956. He was active with the Shriners for many years, as well as being a long-time volunteer (44 years) with the TPC. Buddy was retired from the electrical supply business. He is survived by two sons-David (Terri) and Dan (Renee); 4 grandchildren Tiffany, Danielle, Josh and Brooke; one great-grandson Aiden and a sister Martha (Harold) Myhand. Service will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 12:00pm in Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Northeast Florida Community Hospice.
