Obituary of Eleanor Sharp

Mrs. Eleanor Sharp, 71, passed away on December 8, 2010. She is remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She graduated from Auburn University, where she was a sister of Kappa Delta sorority, with a bachelor's degree. She went on to teach home economics at Kirby Smith and retired from Andrew Jackson High School in 2002. She enjoyed cooking, reading and caring for her beloved dog, Rusty. Eleanor is survived by her devoted husband of 11 years, Mr. Elden Sharp; sons, Lony and Todd Taylor; step children, Chip, Mike and Teresa Sharp; grandchildren, Graham and Parke Taylor, and David and Nathan Sharp; sister Elaine Williams; nephews, Walter and David Williams, and many friends. A committal service will be held on January , 2011 at Arlington Park Cemetery, at 0:00 pm, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida with Pastor John McLauren officiating.
