Elsa Bodden Franklin was born in Grand Cayman of the Cayman Islands on February 16th, 1930.
She was previously married to the late Colbert Banks and had 3 children by him who proceeded her in death.
Her second husband Ashton Burke Franklin proceeded her in death February 4th, 2022.
She leaves behind her 3 grandchildren Kenneth Streeter, Kimberly Streeter, and James Banks.
