Obituary of Elvera Guggisberg

Elvera C. Guggisberg, 90, entered into rest peacefully on July 9, 2011. She is predeceased by her husband, Bernard Guggisberg; son, Michael Guggisberg; daughter in law, Penny Guggisberg; and grandsons, Tim Omann and Trey Guggisberg. She is survived by her children, Patricia (Charles) Stanfield, Peggy (Sam) Deal, Don (Carol) Guggisberg, and Tom (Nancy) Guggisberg; fifteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren, sister in law, Helen Streit, and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road , Jacksonville , FL from 6-8:00pm on Tuesday, July 12, 2011. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 10:00am at Christ the King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Road N. , Jacksonville , FL. In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made to North East Florida Community Hospice at www.communityhospice.com. She will be remembered often and missed greatly.
