Emily Danielle Blankinship-Taylor, age 20, daughter of Terri Blankinship and Rick Taylor, who was born, March 29, 1996 in Jacksonville, Florida passed away May 7, 2016 at the McGraw Center of Caring surrounded by family in Jacksonville, Florida.

Emily loved school and all her teachers. She was an A student and graduated from Alden Road School. Despite being confined to a wheelchair all of her short life, she enjoyed handicapped bowling and being a part of whatever was going on at the time. A great sense of humor and a brilliant smile was her trademark.

Emily was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip, a grandfather, James Taylor, and a great-grandmother, Vallie Andrews.

She is survived by; her mother, Terri Blankinship, father, Rick Taylor and two sisters, Shelby and Margaret.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
