Etsuko Cowart, age 74, daughter of Takiyoshi and Mitsuko Fukumoto, who was born, September 22, 1941 in Okinawa, Japan passed away September 15, 2016 at her home in Lawton, Oklahoma.

She dedicated her life to her husband, kids, and grandkids. Her hobbies included traveling, crocheting, sewing, and photography. She lived her life caring for others.

Etsuko was preceded in death by her parents Takiyoshi and Mitsuko Fukumoto.

She is survived by her beloved husband Willie Robert Cowart of Lawton Oklahoma, son James Robert Cowart (Marie Cowart) of Jacksonville FL, daughter Michiko Cowart (Michael Walker) of Lake Villa IL, three grandchildren, and loving in-laws. Etsuko is also survived by her siblings in Okinawa to include Takikazu (brother), Tamiko (sister), Mino (brother).

The family will receive guests for a Visitation at 11AM, Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211. A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 12PM in the Chapel with Rev. Al Hicks officiating.
