Obituary of Evan Patchell

Evan Brody Patchell, 21, born February 9, 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida to Mark Brett Patchell and Sidra Tabatha Witherspoon Patchell, passed away September 27, 2015 in Jacksonville, Florida.

Brody loved his family, friends, baseball and University of Florida Gators, laughing, watching his Daddy play the drums, building with Papaw, and being a Daddy to his boxers, Izzy and Zixie.

He is preceded in death by Great-grandma, Velma Blackburn; Great-grandpa, Sgt. Larkin Witherspoon; Great-grandma, Wilma Yates; Great-grandparents William and Lillian Edwards and Uncle Ricky Eric Patchell.

He is survived by Mother, Tabby Patchell; Father, Mark Brett Patchell along with a brother, Brett Patchell; Grandma, Linda Patchell; Grandparents, Phil and Brenda Witherspoon; Great-grandpa, Bryce Blackburn; Uncles and Aunts, Kevin Patchell and wife Brenda, Laura Powers and husband Reggie, Talara Parrish, Tony Witherspoon, Terry Witherspoon and wife Valerie, Tyler Glenn and husband Frank.

In addition to Brody's survivers are Cousins, Tiffany, Amanda, AJ, Samantha, Amber, Kansas, Anna, Rachel, Lizzie, Tanner, and Larkin.

A Visitation Gathering will be held 11AM-1PM, Saturday, October 3, 2015 in the chapel of the funeral home.

A Celebration of Brody's Life will begin at 1 PM with Pastor Steve Bailey officiating.
