Floyd Edsel Allen, 83, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012. He is survived by his wife Wilma, of 60 years, 3 children and 6 grand children, along with 3 great grands. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida in care of Floyd Allen. Community Hospice of Northeast Florida is a Christian based organization caring for terminanly ill children thru adults with a wide varity of conditions with love and compassion thru to death.
