Frances K. Martin, age 91, was born, March 6, 1927 in Marianna, Florida, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2019.

Her life was full and spanned the east to the west coast.  We often teased her for having a friend at every mile marker across the country.  She worked in Maryland, Florida and California primarily in the insurance industry.  She had many hobbies, of which included, Golf, Fishing, Crabbing, Bowling and a member of the Red Hat Society later in life.

For her 80 birthday, her son Billy, treated her to something on her bucket list which was to go up in a Hot Air Balloon.  If the music was playing, if there were people up dancing, a good golf game or tennis match on the TV… she was there….. If you could use a phrase to describe her…   She enjoyed life and she lived it to the fullest.

Most precious to her was the love she had for her three deceased children.  Billy, Sharon and Susan.   Fran had many friends and loved ones that she has left behind.  Fortunately  her grandchildren will live with the many memories of time spent together….. such as trips to the beach, playing in her back yard, going fishing.. even riding skate boards on the side walk.  She had a young spirit which will be missed by all who knew and loved  her.

She has chosen not to have any service and would want us all to toast her in our own way and share a story or two to warm the hearts of those around.
