Francisco Balsa, age 92, was born, January 28, 1924 in Havana, Cuba passed away January 11, 2017 at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring - Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida.
He enjoyed cooking and playing dominoes.
Francisco was preceded in death by his dear friends Francisco and Vicenta Cardin.
He is survived by; Rosario Mures, Francisco Cardin jr., Elena Martin, Gigi Rosada, David Gonzales, Alex Gonzales, Luis jr. and Pam Amargo.
A graveside Celebration of Life will begin 2 pm, Monday, January 16, 2017 at Arlington Park Cemetery, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 with Father Miguel Rosada officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction and care of Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 (904) 724-6384.
