Frank O. Harrison, age 99 passed away on 6/8/2025. He was born on January 25, 1926 to parents Beebe Leonard Harrison and Bertha Keene. Place of Birth: Macon, GA.  Graduated from Macon High School. He attended Georgia Alabama Business College in Macon, GA.
He obtained a Private Aviation License and had a single engine airplane.
Military Service:  World War II:  U.S. Navy from Feb 1943 - March 1946--Serving aboard a landing ship and Naval Air Base as a Radioman 1st Class.
U.S. Navy in Korean War June 1951- October 1952 serving aboard a heavy cruiser.

Railroad Service of over 40  years beginning in 1948- with MD & S RR, , SAL, ACL, Seaboard Coastline &  retiring from CSX.

His wife of 58 years was Sarah Harrison who preceded him in death.  He is survived by two sons: Rick K. Harrison DMD & Todd C. Harrison and had  grandchildren: Jessica, Brittany, Courtney,  Zachary (Deceased), Jeremy & 6 Great grandchildren.

Frank's hobbies during his life were aviation, fishing, household maintenance & auto repairs.

In the last 15 years of his life, Frank enjoyed traveling the world with his son, Rick.

Frank was loved by everyone who met him.

Visitation will be at Arlington Park Funeral Home on 11:00 am on 6/18/2025.  12:00 pm Service on 6/18/2025 & Graveside Burial Service at 1:00pm on 6/18/2025.
