Frank Soto, 54, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 20, in Jacksonville Florida. He was born in Brooklyn, NY to Efrain Soto and Isabel Alcaide on March 9, 1965.

He was an amazing artist and a hard working man.

Frank was preceded in death by his mother, father, and sister Yvette.

He is survived by both his younger brothers Louis and Johnny and children, Joel, Rebecca, Samuel and Mathew.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23 between 10am and 11am at the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lonestar Road Jacksonville, FL, 32211. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 later that day at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road Jacksonville, FL 32218 with Pastor Viviona officiating. Military honoring will be rendered after the ceremony.
