Obituary of Garnett Webb

Mrs. Garnett Ruth Webb, 81, went to be with the Lord on March 29, 2013. She is remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was born on December 1, 1931 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to the late Andrew and Hattie Adams. Garnett has been a resident of Jacksonville for thirty years, having been a faithful member of Arlington Baptist Church. She spent many years as a bookkeeper for County Records. She treasured spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her adoring husband of sixty years, Alvin B. Webb; daughters, Rhonda (Bill), Sheila and Theda (Dean); grandchildren, Andrea (David), Drew (Whitney), Jordy (Hannah) and Matthew; great grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Jackson, Joel, Holden, Tinsley and soon to make his appearence, Blayne Anson and other extended family. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 2, 2012 from 9-10am at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL. Her funeral will be held at 10 am following the visitation. A graveside service will be held at Green Acres Cemetery on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 12pm in Ermine, Kentucky.
