April 9, 1954 - March 14, 2016
Garry Steven Cook passed away on March 14, 2016. Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his daughter Amy Lynn Cook. He is survived by sons William and Steven and ex-wives Lisa and Elizabeth. He was beloved by all including his sisters Mary Alice (Donald) Noel, and Anita (Chris) Carter; brothers Mark (Pamela) Cook and Dean (Terrie) Cook. Mr. Cook had 7 nieces and nephews Daniel (Tina) Noel, Maggie (Robbie) Harris, Robert (Caitlin) Carter, Abby Cook, William P Cook, Brandon Cook and Kylee Cook and 3 great-nieces and nephew Katie Noel, Rachel Noel, and Ryan Noel.
A Memorial Service will be held 4 pm on March 27, 2016 at King of Kings Christian Church, 3949 Atlantic Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32207 at 4pm EDT. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mr. Cook's honor to City Rescue Mission (Jacksonville) or a charity of choice.
