Obituary of Gerald Goethe

Gerald Goethe, 81, entered into rest on September 13, 2011. He is remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Carolyn Williams Goethe. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Brenda T. Goethe, children, Diane (Harry) Smith, Peggy (Harold) Jones, and Chadd (Barbara) McCoy; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 11:00am at Southpoint Baptist Church , 3335 Tiger Hole Road , Jacksonville , FL. In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made to the church in his memory.
