Glen  O. Lowe was born January 22, 1940 in Big Timber Montana to the late M.L. and Genevieve (Rhodes) Lowe. He went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, October 14, 2023 in Jacksonville Florida. Mr. Lowe graduated from Big Rapids High School, Big Rapids Michigan, served in the Florida National Guard for 6 years,  worked as a barber for 59 years, retiring from Don Redman's Barber Shop in 2018 and a faithful church member. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Velma Lowe, two sisters, Gladys Makeeff and Juanita Wagner, and brothers, Donald Lowe and Calvin Lowe. He is survived by his wife, Linda Lowe, brother, Alfred C. (Doris) Lowe of Washburn North Dakota and sister, Delores (Alfed) Fournier of Crystal River Florida. As well as his step daughters, Rheta Debberly, Lois Adcock, and stepson, Dorsey Edward (Toby) Starling, numerous grand children, great grand children, nephews and nieces. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southpoint Baptist Church,  3335 Tiger Hold Rd, Jacksonville Florida 32216. Visitation will be held at 1 o'clock, services will be officiated by Dr. Terry Collins at 2. o'clock, and graveside service following at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Rd. Jacksonville FL, 32211.
