Obituary of Glenda Castle

Glenda Hart Castle, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2009. She was born February 10, 1929 in Andalusia, Alabama. Glenda is preceded in death by her parents Ezra and Leona Hart; husband James T. Castle; brother Rogers Hart; sister Betty Swain and one infant child John David Williams.

She is survived by her daughter Donna W. (James) Smith; son Bobby (Cindy) Williams; grandchildren David (Dana), Brandon Smith, Matthew, Kaylee Williams and one great-grandchild Carver Smith.

Glenda was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend. She loved her family very much and her many friends in the Sunday School Class at Mandarin Baptist Church, as well as her dearest friend Augusta Wright. The Family would also like to thank the health care ladies at ResCare who took care of her during her illness.

Mrs. Castle will be laid to rest next to her husband at Arlington Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Road, Thursday, January 15, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and a graveside service will be held at Arlington Park Cemetery on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 11:00 a.m.
