Obituary of Grandville Graves

Grandville R. Graves (Rhody) went home to be with the Lord February 8, 2011. He was born on March 20, 1931 in Medina , Tennessee . He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Nettie Graves; one brother, C.D. Graves; and one sister, Almeda Brown. Rhody is survived by his beloved wife, Lucy Graves; son, Michael Burleson; two brothers, Robert Graves, Jr. (Martha) and Larry Graves (Margie); three sisters, Murriel Blow, Marie Jones (Morris) and Reba Waller (Don); many nieces and nephews and other family member and friends. He was a member of Harvest Baptist Church and served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 11, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road , Jacksonville , Florida . The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 11:00am at the funeral home with Reverend Wilford McCormick officiating. Interment will follow in the Arlington Park Cemetery .
