Grover A. Pierce, 83, also known as Buster, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2008 with his family by his side. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on April 28, 1924.
Buster retired after 42 years at SCL/CSX Railroad.
His surviving family includes his loving wife Margaret Atkinson Pierce; son Gregory A. Pierce; daughter Paula Jo Cunningham and son-in-law Roy Cunningham.
Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Road, for a visitation on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 from 5-7p.m. and a Graveside service on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Arlington Park Cemetery.
