Obituary of Hays Frost

Hays Watson Frost, 67, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2008. He is remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, brother, uncle and caring friend to all who knew him. Hays was born on November 10, 1940 in Statesboro, GA. to his parents Lila Frost and the late Tom Frost.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Sandra Frost of 39 wonderful years.

Hays was a native of Georgia, but has lived in Florida for 50 years. He has served in the Army during the Vietnam era and was known to many as the Cookie Man.

He is survived by his son Steven Frost of Jacksonville, FL; mother Lila Frost of Reidsville, GA; brother Nathan (Marie) Frost of Panama City, FL; brother Delmas Frost of Immocalee, FL; brother William (Ann) Frost of Glennville, GA; brother Tommy (Beth) Frost of Townsend, GA; sister Lottie Camp of Crescent, GA; sister Faye (Walter) Hussey of Reidsville, GA; sister Beverly (Sonny) Medlock of Mendes, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, for a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday April 13, 2008 and a graveside service on Monday April 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Arlington Park Cemetery.
