Inez G. Buck (Hampton), of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Saturday morning October 12 ^th , 2019, at the age of 94 years old. After a sudden decline in her health, she died peacefully surrounded by her daughter Bonnie, and grandchildren (Chad, Karen, and Laura) by her side.

Inez was born on June 30 ^th , 1925, in Dodge County, a daughter to the late Ollie & Jessie Hampton. The oldest in her family, she took on major roles to nurture and care for her younger siblings, as she continued to do for her entire family throughout the remainder of her life.

Inez was known throughout the community for her generosity and motherly traits. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who dedicated most of her life to helping others, and catering to those in need.  She was a member of the Mandarin Baptist Church, and attended various charities and functions throughout her years of service, accompanied by her late husband (Willie L. Buck).

Inez is proceeded by her late husband, Willie (Leo); Daughter, Michelle; Sisters, Irene, Ann, Beulah.

Inez is survived by her daughter, Bonnie; grandchildren, Chad, Karen, and Valerie; great-grandchildren Laura, Alex, and Angelina; sister, Sue, Doris; Brother, B.J. and many more friends, family, and beloved pets.

Visitation will be held 10:00am to 11:00am, Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Parkwood Baptist Church, 7900 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211.  Funeral services will begin at 11:00am with Dr. B.J. Hampton officiating, with a reception to immediately follow. Internment is scheduled at 2:00pm in the Arlington Park Cemetery, 6921 Lone Star Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32211.
