Jacqueline Bass Cason, age 84, daughter of Bryan and Jane Prowse Bass, who was born, October 3, 1932 in Memphis, Tennessee passed away December 27, 2016 at Candler Hospital in Savannah, Georgia.

She was an avid member of St Paul United Methodist Church for more than 60 years who was involved in every aspect of church life. She also enjoyed square dancing, playing cards with friends and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents and Louis J. Cason, her loving husband of 54 years.

She is survived by her son Donald W. Cason (Linda), her daughter Janet C. Langford (Larry), granddaughters Nicki Fairbanks (Denny), Leigh Langford, grandsons Mark Langford, Matt Langford, Bryan Langford, Tyler Langford and 9 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 AM Monday January 2, 2016 at St. Paul United Methodist Church 8264 Lone Star Road Jacksonville, Fl 32211 with Reverend Michael Shockley officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Paul United Methodist Church or the St Paul UMC Day Care and Pre-school.
