Obituary of James Gustavson

James David Gustavson, age 53, son of Roy and Ruth McKee Gustavson, born, June 4, 1961 in Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away May 20, 2015 at the University of Florida Heath in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a graduate of University of South Florida, Brevard Community and Astronaut High School.

Jim worked as a Medical Technologist at UF Health, Jacksonville who also enjoyed Golf, Drumming, DJing, Ohio State Buckeyes Football, rock concerts of all genres and listening to Howard Stern on the radio. He was a Jacksonville Jaguars season ticket holder and Bold City Brigade member.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Ruth Gustavson and Petey the beagle. He is survived by his brothers: Roy T. Gustavson II and Craig Gustavson; his half sister, Dianna Ebro Jack; nephew Taylor Gustavson and his very special friend Taz. Jim was a great uncle, brother, friend and neighbor.

A Celebration of Life will begin 12PM (Noon), Tuesday, May 26, 2015 in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Doyle Harper officiating.
