Obituary

Jean Breslin was born in Brooklyn New York January 5, 1929.  She passed away peacefully on Monday, March 29, 2021.  She is predeceased by her beloved husband Joe Breslin, loving daughter Mary Creedon, son Joe Breslin and her grandson Lenny Sullo.

Jean and Joe had a wonderful and happy marriage and their strong faith in God and strong love for each other helped them cope through tough times.  Jean had a love for cooking and her and Joe opened the first polish American restaurant in New York.  With Jean being the chef, they successfully outgrew Breslin's restaurant and opened Breslin's Polonia Village , continuing to be the best polish American restaurant on Long Island, New York.   Their menu was polish American, with many specialties which her polish mother taught her.  After they retired, they travelled all over the world.

They were always happy and so in love with each other and their precious children Kathy Jorgensen, Danny Creedon, Eileen Messina, Patti Leon, Tommy Breslin and David Breslin as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
