Obituary of Jeannette Bulloch

Lucille Jeannette (Jann) Davis West Robinson Bulloch, 86, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away March 28, 2011, surrounded by her family and loved ones to be with her heavenly family.

Jann was born in Anderson, South Carolina on December 31, 1924. She graduated from White Plains High School as Valedictorian in 1942. She attended business school in Atlanta, Georgia and then went to work in the real estate business in Jacksonville and had a street named after her in the Southside Estates sub division. Eventually she landed a job with Farrens Tree Surgeons as office manager and became Vice President and Comptroller of the company until she retired in 1993. While working at Farrens, she met Lee (who worked in the same building) at the water fountain. They married in 1957 and enjoyed 37 years of marriage. She was honored as a member of Who's Who Registry of Global Business Leaders in 1993-94. She was an excellent bowler, loved sports and was a fan of the Jaguars and the Atlanta Braves. For many years she and Lee were season ticket holders, supporting the JU Dolphins basketball team. She was a loving mother, devoted daughter and wife, loyal member of Arlington Baptist Church for 60 years, and will be missed greatly by her family and all who loved her.
