Jo Ann Howard, age 70 daughter of McNeil and Alma Leeper Cooper who was born, October 17, 1945 in Lobelville, Tennessee passed away April 14, 2016 at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida.

She was a member of the BAHS Red Hat Society. Tweet and Poops Wadda Ho.

Jo Ann was preceded in death by both parents and grandparents.

She is survived by; Her life partner of 36 years; Glenda Mercer, 1 daughter, Toni Schoeller, 2 Sons; Jeffery D Haga and Timothy Haga. 2 sisters; Sandra Meyer and Angela Laney. 3 Grandaughters; Robin St. George, Crystal Buckner and Tabitha Jones. Three Grandsons, Eddie Haga, Jeff Haga, and Cody Haga, and numerous nieces and Nephrews. 3 Great Grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will begin 1:00 PM Monday, April 18, 2016 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 with long time family friend Roy Long officiating.
