Joan Carol Vogt, 78, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2020 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born on September 25, 1941, ­­­to Arthur and Lois L'hommedieu.  Joan was born in Oceanside, NY, and has resided in Jacksonville, Florida since 1979. She worked as a hair dresser until she retired in 2002. She loved to watch Law and Order, huge Florida Gator Fan and her favorite flower is daisies.  She was proceeded in death by late her husband, John V. Vogt; parents Arthur and Lois L'hommedieu and brothers Arthur "Sonny" Coles and Richard L'hommedieu.  Joan is survived by her three children Diana Elsasser, Christopher Vogt, and Joan Ann Vogt, her two fur babies, Speedy and Pedro, and her sister Sally Ann Marvin.  A visitation will be held Thursday, June 25 10:00am to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. John Paul II Catholic Church, 127 Stone Mason Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081, with Father Rich Pagano officiating
