John Alfred Bass, 41 passed away Monday September 5, 2016. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida. John was preceded in death by his parents Johnny and Sandra Bass. Survivors include his daughter, Cheyanne Hopke; his sister Tina Partridge and husband Lance Partridge; nephews Kyle, Jared and Blaine Partridge; many loving Aunts and Uncles.
Memorial Services will be held at Arlington Park Funeral Home 6920 Lone Star Road Jacksonville, FL Friday September 9, 2016 4 pm with Pastor Locke officiating.
