John Verlon Clark, Jr., of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Saturday, February 22nd, 2020. He was 60.  John was born November 2nd, 1959, the son of John and Mary (Simmons) Clark.

John was an overall outstanding man with a heart of gold.  He adored his 3 grandchildren very much and loved spending time with his family and friends.  He loved to just go for a cruise on his motorcycle and doing charity rides with the American Legion Riders.

John is survived by his brothers Jimmy Clark, Bob (Lynn) Clark, and John V. Clark III ; sister, Christie (Chuck) Hurt; daughter, Jennifer (Josh) Houston; grandchildren, Sarinah, Austin and Dixie. Also, Ann Clark.

John was preceded in death by his father, John Clark, Sr. and mother Mary (Simmons) Clark.

A celebration of John's life will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday March 14th at the Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, Florida.
