John Carter Michael Mundis,age 47, son of Charles and Veronica Forti Mundis, born on September 4,1970 passed away November 6, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, Florida.

John was a dedicated transaction services technician for Citibank and Gemalto.

His hobbies included sports, cars, motorcycles and he was an avid music lover.

He is proceeded in death by his father, Charles Mundis.

He is survived by his wife, Judilyn Kreidler Mundis, six children, Colleen, Ryan-Lyn and Michael Costello, Amanda Beger, Amanda Oset, and Kate and Tracy Jones, 9 granchildren, his mother, Veronica Forti Mundis, 2 brothers Andy Smith and Chris Mundis, 2 sisters, Colleen Barber and Julie Mundis as well as many neices and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday December 2 2017 at St Johns Catholic church at 2400 Mayport Road Atlantic Beach, Fl 32233 with Father Mark S. Waters officiating. A celebration of Life/Brunch to follow.
