John Richard Roberson, 88, passed away on January 19th, 2022 in Jacksonville, Florida.

He is survived by his wife June O. Roberson, his brother Orval Lee Roberson (Joanne) of Altha, Florida, his step-daughter Sharon Schimmel (John) of Wichita, Kansas, his grandson Aaron Schimmel of Exeter, Missouri, his stepsons Gregory Abram Foshee and John Foshee, his grandson Grayson Foshee, his sister-in-law Elizabeth Roberson, and several nieces and nephews.

John is preceded in death by his parents Sherman Roberson and Mary Roberson, his brother Billy Roberson of Bristol, Florida, and his first wife Evonne Roberson.

John was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. His favorite pastime was fishing. He was a proud member of the Baptist faith.
