Jose Regino Mera, 88, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born September 7, 1928 in Havana, Cuba to Jesus Mera and Natalia Tardo. He is survived by his devoted wife of 49 years, Lucia; one son, Joe and wife, Amanda; a nephew, Ovidio Lopez; a sister, Georgina Lopez; three grandkids, Joey, Heather and Andrew.
Family will receive friends on Monday, June 12, 2017 from 12-1:00PM in the Arlington Park Chapel. A Celebration of life will be at 1:00PM in the Chapel with Father William Hesse officiating.
