Joe, a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend is survived by his father Stephen H. Foster; mother Michelle Hitziger Barger; sisters Hannah and Elizabeth Foster; grandparents Audrey M. Foster and Ren & Evelyn Hitziger; aunts and uncles Susan & Paul Yeager, David Foster, Greg & Christine Foster, Debbie Hitziger, Ren Hitziger and many adoring extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Harold T. Foster.
