Obituary of Joseph Allaire
Joseph Gerard Norman Allaire, 72, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2007. He will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather and caring friend to all who knew him. Joseph was born on June 6, 1935 in Sanford, ME to the late Damase and Laura Allaire.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 30 wonderful years.
Joseph was a Vietnam veteran; he retired from the Air Force after 23 years. He also retired from civil service after 19 years and then did 10 years of charity work in the Jacksonville community.
He is Survived by his daughters Christine (Bruce) Guttke of Batesville, IN, Valerie Wolfe of Batesville, IN.; niece Renee Houchens of Jacksonville, FL; granddaughter Samantha Guttke; grandson Christian Wolfe; sisters Lorraine Lavertu Laitress, Doris Deigle; brother Lionel Allaire.
The family would like to invite friends to the American Legion post 129, 1151 4th Street South, Jacksonville Beach Florida 32250. On Saturday the 29 of September 2007 from 2-4 p.m. No flowers please.
