Obituary of Joseph Zichi
Joseph Zichi, 87 years old, a World War II veteran that participated in the invasion of Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Francesca Asaro Zichi, and his children; Joseph Damian Zichi of Mandarin, Marlene Zichi Cohen of Houston, Texas and Kenneth Vito Zichi of Williamston, Michigan.
A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am Saturday, June 2, 2007 at Resurrection Catholic Church, 3383 University Boulevard South. Interment will follow in Arlington Park Cemetery where military honors will be rendered.
The family will greet friends on Friday, June 1, 2007 from 4:00-6:00pm in the chapel of Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road.
