Joyce Senior, age 95, passed away on January 20 ^th 2018 at Bartram Lakes Assisted Living in Jacksonville, FL. She was born on December 24 ^th 1922 in Content, Jamaica to John and Daisy Henry. She married Earl Senior on December 7 ^th 1949 and raised their 3 children in the Caribbean.

Joyce became a member of Parkwood Baptist Church in 1973 when she moved to Jacksonville FL.  She met many close friends there and later joined Fruit Cove Baptist church. She was a volunteer at Memorial Hospital for over 15 years and crochet baby caps for the newborns with her sewing group.  She was an avid gardener and loved her flowers, particularly her prized Amaryllis.

Joyce is survived by her son Ian Senior, her daughter Janet Willett, her brother George Henry, her grandchildren Natalie Stanley, Danielle Morin, Tina Senior, great-grandchild Olivia Senior, nephews and other relatives.

Joyce was preceded in death by many family and close friends.

Graveside Service will be on Friday January 26, 2018 at 1:00 PM Arlington Park Cemetery

A remembrance service will be held at Fruit Cove Baptist Church at 11:00 am on Saturday January 27, 2018
