Judith Estelle Taylor Blair passed away December 17, 2011, after a brave fight with a prolonged illness. She was born on January 11, 1939. Judy is survived by her husband, Bill Blair; her son, Billy Blair; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Doug Belcher; grandchildren, Dean and Jessica Belcher and great granddaughter, Gabriella. Services will be held at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL; Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 11:00am. Interment will follow immediately in Arlington Park Cemetery .
