Obituary

Judith Ann Jackson, 77, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 2, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born in Danville, IL to Richard William Miller and Hazel Ferne Manning on June 20, 1941.

Guided by her faith in Jesus, she lived a life of service to others. She was dedicated to her family, and a "woman of the Church" as a pastor's wife, Sunday school teacher, youth leader, and so much more. She was always ready to help anyone in need. Judith had many jobs but was always an educator at heart. She loved children, nature, music, art, chardonnay and dancing until sunrise.

Judith was preceded in death by her husband Rev. John Jackson.

She is survived by her brother Charles Miller, her sons Rodney and Craig Jackson, and her grandchildren Rachel and Aaron Jackson.

Visitation will be held Saturday May 11, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church, 12200 McCormick Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225. Funeral services will immediately follow at ­­­2:00pm, with Reverend Michael Popp officiating. There will be a reception following the service.
