Judy Ann Dungan "Autumn Leaf" (Garland) died unexpectedly albeit peacefully in her sleep in Jacksonville, Florida on April 8, 2016 at the age of 60.

Judy is survived by her children, Rebecca Dungan of Jacksonville, Fl. Joshua Dungan (Wife FrancesLopez) of Fresno Ca. Their son Axl. And her step son Eugene Smith (Wife Amy Lettow) of Jacksonville, Fl. Their 3 children Kassandra, Elizabeth, And Charles Joseph "CJ". Her sister Jean Starbird (husband Ralph) Saint Albans, ME. Their 2 children Christopherand Jessica Peavy (husband Eric) their 2 children Jordon and Dylon. She is preceded in death by both of her parents George and Audrey Garland of Saint Albans ME. her husband James S. Dungan of Jacksonville, Fl. And her eldest son James M. Dungan of Jacksonville, Florida

Judy was born on August 3, 1955 in Southington, CT. to George Garland and Audrey Heath. Her children will remember her as a caring, loving, and supporting mother who encouraged them to pursue their dreams and taught them to be proud of their Native American heritage. She would do anything for her children and family was proud of her grandchildren and loved them all with all she had.

She was a strong Native American woman who loved her beadwork and who was passionate about her heritage and learning everything she can about it and her family.
