Obituary of Karen Cole

Karen Elaine Cole, "MeMe", 46, passed away March 24, 2010. Karen enjoyed working in her garden, reading books, and doing puzzles. She was very fond of hummingbirds, adored her grandchildren and was the backbone of the family. She is preceded in death by her mother, Elaine Becker and step-father, Leo Rondeau. Survivors include her husband, Richard Cole; son, Joshua Cole; daughter, Kristina Ellis (Ian); grandsons, Seth and Ethan Ellis; granddaughter, Katelynn Ellis; brothers, Greg Richer (Kristen) and Skip Richer (Kim); sisters, Bobbie Stallard, Sherry Fritch (David), and Cindy Woodard (Mike) and many extended family and friends. A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 11AM at St. Pauls United Methodist Church located at 8264 Lone Star Rd, with Pastor Jennings, officiating. Following the funeral and burial at Arlington Park Funeral Home there will be a farewell party at daughter Kristina's house at 2014 Hilltop Blvd.
