Karen C. Smith, 58, passed away peacefully Monday, January 27, 2020 in Jacksonville, Florida. She was born in Manhattan, New York on December 5, 1961 an d wa s th e daughte r o f Jack G. Clifford and Barbara J. Tappen.

A visitation will be held 11 am, Wednesday, February 5, 2020 in the Arlington Park Funeral Home Chapel, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32211 .  A Mass of Christian Burial will commence at 12pm with Father Peter Akin-Otiko officiating.  Entombment will follow in the Arlington Park Cemetery, 6921 Lone Star Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32211.
