Obituary of Kathleen Teague

Kathleen Teague, 95, entered into heaven on December 9, 2012. She is remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She was born on November 7, 1917 in Elkin, North Carolina to the late Mr. and Mrs. John Hudson. She relocated with her family to Jacksonville in 1957. She touched the lives of many people in a profound way while being a preschool teacher. She was a devoted member of Arlington Baptist Church for over 30 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" Teague and daughter, Nancy Sperling. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Phyllis "Fifi" (Jack) Tarr, Cathy (Gordon) Teague-Woodcock and Trudi Teague-Holloway; four grandsons, four granddaughters; nine great grandchildren; and many treasured friends. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Arlington Park Funeral Home, 6920 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, FL from 5-7:00pm. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 2:00pm at the funeral home with Pastor Alan Liphart officiating.
