Kenneth Franklin Eskuche, 89, passed away August 13, 2019 with his family at his side. Ken was born April 1, 1930 to Frank and Myrtle (Tyson) Eskuche.

Ken loved to camp and fish and would take his wife and children all over the country. These trips were the only time he could spend with his family, since he held two jobs to support them. After his divorce from his children's mother, Ken met Betty, the love of his life. Ken and Betty loved to dance and would often go to dance clubs. Ken and Betty took classes at the Community College at night after working all day. There wasn't much Ken wouldn't attempt if he wanted. After working as a mechanic with the Colorado Highway Patrol, he bought a 360 acre cattle ranch, 50 miles outside of Durango, Colorado. His neighbors laughed at him because he was green.  They said he wouldn't make it through one winter, but he did and soon they were coming to him asking questions and looking for advise.

After 15 years on the ranch he decided to sell it and move to Florida to be with his son and grandsons. Ken wanted to spend time with his grandsons since he didn't have time for his son. Ken cherished the time he spent with them as he taught them how to fix their bikes, skateboards, dirt bikes, and when the time came, their cars. Ken was loved and highly respected by all that knew him.

Ken was preceded in death by his wife of 51 happy years, Betty Darlene Sharp Eskuche and two stepsons Steve and Wayne Sharp.

Ken is survived by a son and daughter in-law, Bruce (Dianna) Eskuche of Jacksonville, Florida; daughter Kim Perisie of Jacksonville, Florida; 5 grandsons, Bruce Eskuche, Brian Eskuche and Jason (Kim) Eskuche of Jacksonville, Florida, Jonathan Perisie and Joe Perisie both of Dayton, Ohio; two step-grandchildren, Sean (Amy) Heal and Melissa (dana) Turman both of Pensacola, Florida.  Other step-grandchildren are Daniel Sharp (Maya) of Loveland, Colorado, Simone (Todd) Campos of Aurora, Colorado, Sherry (Tony) Osenkarski of Prescott Valley, Arizona, Ty (Lisa) Sharp of Avondale, Arizona, and Scott (Savanna) Sharp of Surprise, Arizona. Ken had 6 grandchildren, and 15 step great-grandchildren. He also had a very dear and great friend Charlie Reese.
