Kevin Inscoe Stoutenburg, 46 passed away peacefully May 1, 2021 at home. He was born May 2, 1974 in Raleigh, NC. He served as a PN1 in the US Navy from 1992 to 2002.

He is survived by his wife, Ferly Esguerra Stoutenburg, his daughter Erika Starr Stoutenburg of Jacksonville, Fl., his son Kevin Stoutenburg Jr. of Texas and his parents John and Judy Hughes of Jacksonville, Fl.

Interment will be held at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
