Obituary of Laura Palmer

Laura Carolyn Palmer, "Carol",81, passed away March 23, 2010. She was born in Edwardsville, Illinois and was the daughter of Joseph and Laura Schroeder. Mrs. Palmer enjoyed needlecraft, gardening and spending quality time with her family. She also loved her dog, B.J. She is preceded in death by her husband, David Palmer and her daughter, Judy Melton. Survivors include her sons, Frank Camarata (Margaret), Robert Camarata (Jessica), and Michael Camarata; grandsons, Eric Camarata, Ryan Camarata, Nick Camarata (Jennifer) and Tony Camarata (Kayla); step-grandsons, Kevin Mann and Tom Mann (Shannon); step-great grandchildren, Shelby Mann and Savannah Gordon and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 1pm on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Chapel Hills Cemetery, with Bob Musgrove, officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 26, 2010 from 5pm to 7pm at Arlington Park Funeral Home.
