Obituary of Lesly Braswell
Lesly Hill Braswell ("Uncle Eat Your Shoes"), 62-years-old, of Jacksonville, passed away on October 12, 2015.
Lesly was born in Jacksonville to Henry Hill Braswell and Beatrice Noles Braswell on Jan. 14, 1953]. He worked as a longshoreman with Moody Brothers/MOBRO Marine on for 31 years. He enjoyed being with family and friends, reminiscing about the old days, cooking as well as watching the Gators and Jaguars.
Lesly is survived by his son, William Braswell; grandson, Cody Braswell; great-granddaughter, Skylar Braswell; sisters, Henrietta (Rita) Nichols and Lois (Tiny) VanSlooten; and several nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephew. He is preceded in death by his father, Henry Hill Braswell, and his mother, Beatrice Braswell.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Hospice for all they did for him.
