Obituary of Lester Force
Lester Eugene Force Sr., passed away May 24, 2010. Mr. Force proudly served his country in World War II in the United States Army. He attended Virginia Technical College and worked for General Electric Company and Trane Air Conditioning for 30 years . He was a member of Ft. Caroline United Methodist Church. Mr. Force was preceded in death by his wife, Jean. He is survived by a son, Lee Force (Lori); daughters, Linda Van Houten (Stanley) and Mary Keith (Bob); grandchildren Scott Van Houten, Bryan Van Houten, Chris Force, Kate Force, Ryan Keith and Kim Keith and 8 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held @ 11 AM on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Ft. Caroline United Methodist Church, 8510 Ft. Caroline Rd with Pastor Bruce Galloway officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Ft. Caroline United Methodist Church in memory of Lester Force, Sr.
