Obituary of Lillian Gandy

Mrs. Lillian Evelyn Gandy, 82, went home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2009. She is remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother and doting grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memories, her adoring husband of 63 beautiful years, Mr. Bernard Gandy; children, Becky (Michael) Nunnally, Berney (Gail) Gandy, and Terri (John) Hathcock; grandchildren, Trevor and Elizabeth Nunnally, Adam, Zelda, Tyler, and Ryan Hathcock, and Rachel Gandy, and numerous supportive friends. Mrs. Gandy had a love of music through which she was able to share her ministry. Family will receive friends at 12:00 p.m. at Parkwood Baptist Church, 7900 Lone Star Road, Jacksonville, Florida on January 14, 2009. Her funeral service will follow immediately at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Arlington Park Cemetery. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
