Linda Joyce Clay, 68, of Jacksonville FL, went home peacefully to the Lord on Friday May 28, 2021. She was born in South Charleston West Virginia on August 20, 1952. She worked long, hard and countless hours at Harris Cleaners for 50 years. Linda was very happy and continent doing anything but above all she loved spending all of her time with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her loving husband HL Sanderson, to whom she was married for 34 years; 2 daughters, Laura Garland (Todd) & Leanne Williams (Eric Bailey); 2 step children, Timmy Sanderson (Jessica) & Christi Owen (Les); 4 grandchildren that were the light of her life, Hunter Dice (Taylor), Parker Williams, Mackenzie Dice & Coleton Williams (Torree Martin); step grandchildren, Deanna Clift, Brittney Burkett, Ashley Dean, James Dean; 4 loving great grandchildren; as well as 7 brothers & sisters. She is preceded in death by her parents Tommy & Eleanor Clay, Mother in law Gennie Sanderson and son in law Phillip Williams Jr.

Linda did not want a service, but a celebration of her beautiful life will be announced at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, charitable donations be made in her name.
