Lynn Owens, 61, of Tampa, passed away on 8/12/2021 in Tampa.

Lynn was born Blackshear Georgia to Robert and Shirley Beverley on 4/101960. She went to school in Jacksonville. She married Amos Owens on 12/10/1994 in Jacksonville. She worked as a Customer Support Associate for DXC technology where she was blessed to have great coworkers that she admired.

She was a Christian who confess her faith in our Lord. She goes on to greater glory, as we miss her and look forward to seeing her again.

Lynn is preceded in death by her father Robert Beverley.

Lynn is survived by Amos Owens and her sons Robert Melvin with his wife Jessica and their children (her grands) Levi, Joshua, Samuel, Juliana, and Ezra. Her other son Daniel Melvin who she was very proud of. Her beloved mother Shirley Beverley and beloved sister Brenda Landon

Pallbearers will be Amos Owens, Robert Melvin, Daniel Melvin, Levi Melvin, Joshua Melvin, Samuel Melvin and Ezra Melvin

Visitation will be 5pm - 7pm Monday 8/16/2021 at Blount and Curry Funeral home 3207 W. Bears Avenue, Tampa, FL 33618

Funeral services will be held 10:00am Saturday 8/21/2021 at Arlington Park Cemetery and Funeral Home Chapel in Jacksonville, Florida with the Ricky Powell, officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Arlington Park Cemetery and Funeral Home.
